Huawei mate 9 review

If this phone comes with IPS Neo LCD screen like the previous Mate phones, then the blacks are nearly as black as in amoled displays. This is a new technic by JDI Japan. If you have already a mate phone compare the blacks with the blacks of other LCD phones like apple for example. You will see a difference. I personally like amoled screens because of the punchy colours but I also like IPS because the fonts are usually sharper depending of course on the resolution. It all boils down to personal preference. I owned the Mate 7 and I really liked it. Skipped the Mate 8 and now waiting for the Mate 9 as the Samsung Note 7 has been discontinued
